When your Supplier account has been registered and authenticated it is essential to follow these steps for proper setup and subsequent efficient use.
SourceDogg allows you to create additional Users within the existing account. This way all created Users can login to the same SourceDogg account from own profiles and have access to the same information.
To access Users section, go to ‘Settings’ by clicking on your name at the top right corner and select ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu. Then
select ‘Users’ from the Settings menu on the left hand side of the screen.
This section gives you visibility of all Users created within your organisation SourceDogg account. Here, User accounts can be edited by Admin users via the settings icon on the right hand side of the User Name. This allows: Edit User details, Reset Password and Deactivate User.
To add a new User, click the ‘Create User’ button.
The following form will then need to be completed. When the form is complete, click the ‘Create’ button to apply changes.
Once the above actions are complete, New User will receive an email to create a password and once this is done New User will be able to login in to SourceDogg.
