The Supply Chain Challenge
As our customer works closely and collaboratively with their clients, their team wanted to be able to demonstrate compliance and visibility of their spend on client projects, with ease of reporting, audit trails and clear data-led decision-making on their commitments.
The real challenge was that our customer’s services and supply chains are incredibly diverse. This multiplicity means added complexity as they are not dealing with product specification and compliance, moreover detailed contracts and the need for flexibility to adapt any platform they use to the multitude of supply chain challenges they face.
As part of the scope and specification for a supply chain software platform, the team wanted to simultaneously streamline their Pre Qualification Questionaire (PQQ) process by simplifying the generation and duplication of this methodology within projects.
